- All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).
This number can be obtained by calling the Customer Service Department at (201) 991-5330. - L&R only accepts returns on machines and accessories. SOLUTIONS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
UltraDose Powders can be returned in a Case Pack only. - All custom made or private label machines are non-returnable for credit. Warranty repairs only.
- A 25% re-stocking charge is applicable to all returns based on the product being in re-sale condition, and less than 6 months old.
- Machines of voltage other than the standard 117 volts are subject to a 35% re-stocking charge.
- If a product is returned in NON-RESALE condition, one of the following will apply:
- Credit value will be reduced by the cost we will incur to put the product back into a re-salable condition, plus a 25% re-stocking fee will be charged.
- Credit will not be issued if it determined that the re-working of the product is too expensive.
- Customers making the return are responsible for all shipping costs. Shipments must be pre-paid. It is recommended that the return be insured for the value of the product.
- L&R is not responsible for any damage, shortages, etc., involving a return. Claims concerning damages and shortages are to be filed by the customer prior to making the return.
- Machines/Accessories returned for credit should have the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the carton. Returns should be shipped to the following addresses:
