Directions
- Fill the main tank 2/3 full with General Purpose Cleaner Non-Ammoniated (PC228)diluted per label instructions. This will be used as a carrier bath.
- Place Auxiliary Pan containing Ultrasonic Instrument Rinsing Solution (PC197) in the main tank (double boiler fashion).
- Place asphalt sample (3x3x2) in Stainless Steel Basket in the Auxiliary Pan.
- Cavitate 8 to 15 minutes.
- Sand and gravel particles on the bottom of the Auxiliary Pan should be stirred occasionally to insure maximum cavitation.
- Pour off dirty solution from Auxiliary Pan.
- Using a series of fine sifters, mixture can be graded and tested.
